AARCMCC Tasmanian 8th Off-Road Champs - 10-12 Feb 2012
North West Remote Control Car Club Inc is delighted to announce the 2012 Tasmanian 8th Off-Road Championship to be held 10-12 Feb at Tasmania's premier off-road track at Bendigo Bank Arena, Latrobe.
The event will run under the new 2012 AARCMCC event format. Please note this is a sanctioned event but at this time is not one of the 2012 National Series rounds.
Classes to be Racing:
1:8th I.C. OFF ROAD Buggy
1:8th I.C. OFF ROAD Truggy
1:8th EP OFF ROAD Buggy
This event will be a great warm-up for those attending the 2012 Buggy Nats in March, and a chance to race on a fantastic track. Bring the family for a Tassie summer getaway.
The nearest major airport is Launceston (50 minutes drive), there are also flights via Devonport (10 minutes drive) and Burnie (40 minutes drive). The Spirit of Tasmania terminal is just 15 minutes from the track. Accommodation is plentiful in Latrobe, Devonport or Port Sorell and all within easy reach of the track.
Entries are open via Slyfox. We look forward to welcoming you to Tasmania.

Be great to have you back again Glenn. You were super fast last year in the final. I'm looking forward to getting on track to race with you this time around.
And Flanno...the honorary Tasmanian....what would we do without you?

It's usualy their best time of year, thou were unlucky last year with the rain, lets have fingers crossed it stays true to form this year.
