CRCMCC is proud to announce that it will be hosting the 2011 ORRCA QLD 1/10th EP Offroad Titles held over the June long weekend.

Dates:
11th - 12th June
Official practice Friday, 10th June.
Rain day Monday, 13th June.

Please note this will be a control tyre event.


Stock and Modified Truck control tyre:
Rear – Pro-Line Caliber 2.2" M3 Truck Tires [PRO8209-02]
Front – Open

2wd Stock and Modified control tyre:
Rear – Pro-Line Caliber M3 2.2" Rear Buggy Tires [PRO8210-02]
Front – Open

4wd Stock and Modified control tyre:
Rear – Pro-Line Caliber M3 2.2" Rear Buggy Tires [PRO8210-02]
Front – Pro-Line Caliber M3 4wd Front Buggy Tires [PRO8211-02]

Short Course Stock and Modified control tyre:
Rear - Pro-Line Caliber M3 SC 2.2"/3.0" Truck Tires [PRO1156-02]
Front - Open

Short Course will be offered as a sanctioned class with trophies and will be run as per ORRCA rules
Event to run under ORRCA rules (batteries, motor/esc etc)

Can I ask why the event is to be held over 3 days instead of the normal 2 days like it has been for as long as i can remember racing at them.

It is normally 2wd classes on Saturday and 4wd and truck on the Sunday Not a day for each.

Heard a rumour that Calibres are going to be the tyre for all classes, Should be confirmed pretty soon by the club.

Control Tyres
 

Wayne, the control tyre for this event has been decided by the host club to be Proline Calibers across "all classes" in M3 compound. I believe it has been submitted to ORRCA. I will bring it up at the meeting this weekend and will have something set in stone for you and posted here very soon after that.

Anyone got a spare room and some transport for this event. Beers and pizza will be on me. Really want to attend this event as it will be great to race in Cairns and it will be great build up for the worlds in July.
