Default Building materials/tips required for track at Jeep Jambo VIC

Hi all,
The Jeep Jamboree is being held at the end of next month in Lardner Park near Warragul,VIC and I've volunteered to help setup the RC Crawler track. JimmyB (the pretty face behind ausjeepoffroad) will be the main track designer although he's traveling interstate so I'll need to source the materials and scope the layout, you'll probably also have seen JimmyB on RC forums as well. Jeep Jambo occurs every 2 years and this one is looking like it will break records for attendance (circa 500 Jeeps) so we hope everything will be well sorted.

I'm posting as I hope for a bit of advice as to sourcing materials close to Warragul e.g. rocks, logs etc and I'm dreaming that maybe I can find a source that I can return these materials to after the event. I'd appreciate any advice regarding this and have an open mind towards track design.

Anyway as this is my first crawler post I'd best show you my build. I currently have a Losi 17.5t installed with a Novak GTB, Hitec 7955TG servo, Nomadio Rx and various LiPos ranging from 2400 to 6000 mAh. All electrics are waterproofed which was mainly done with liquid electrical tape, a bit of silicone sealant and some Inox. I fitted the Proline shocks during the build and am yet to fix the servo/steering arm hitting the chassis cross brace issue although am not too phased about it. I plan to get rid of the Honcho bumper and fit the bumpers off the previous kit for better approach angle and a little protection in the rear (always a good thing )

If any of you are Jeep owners and not already registered for Jambo check out http://www.jeepjamboree.com.au/ it's going to go off, Mexican style!!
