Thanks Ari, I only used the Proline event as an example of what has happened before with controlled tyre events. Possibly we will see a driver with a Proline shirt on the podium.. pity the AKA shirts won't have a chance to be there from what I heard.

No problems Brad, if we can all work together to improve and build on the hobby we have everyone wins.

Good luck to all racing, wish i could be there but would have only just gotten back from my honeymoon

Insert ????

Truggy

I ask this so we can all get practice with the same product in keeping with the event and its concept.

Hello Tony, thanks you for clarifying this rumour re sponsored drivers not being able to run this event greatly appreciated.

If this was purely to sell lots of VP tyres I would be happy to tell you exactly which ones are to be used....however that is not the main aim of this event. Mostly it is promotional, but we also want this to be fair for all entrants no matter what sponsorship or where they are coming from. All I can tell you is it will be most likely that the buggy tyres used will not be the same as the VP Pro sponsored drivers are generally using at the moment...that will make it fairer for non VP sponsored drivers.

Truggy.. hmm we may try a different idea here but rest assured that the tyre choices will work quite well on the Sunny Coast track.

ps even the sponsor drivers don't know what tyres yet...to be honest I don't know for sure either...
