Hey guys just checking on the schedule.
Seems like you are intending to run the same classes as the S.A Titles.
The S.A event flyer says that qualifying will start Friday as a result of the expected large entry (makes it a three day event for racing, plus any practice).
I know it's a bit early to tell but I just wanted to be sure that Friday will be practice only at the Victorian Titles.
For me I simply can't be there before Friday sometime. Just looking into attending but if racing is going to commence Friday I won't bother arranging any holidays/accommodation.

Hi Craig
I hear what you are saying once the SA titles are over I will have a better understanding on numbers but at this point of time we will be starting on the Saturday.
All I can say is hold off from booking the accommodation I will get in contact with you say around the 3 weeks outs, to give you a better event start time.

Hey mate, I'd appreciate that.
I can see the reason for including all of the extra categories like bikes etc. But if that means extending the race meeting out another day to cater for these races, it may just have the opposite effect of causing people not to enter to race in the category that the meeting is sanctioned for in the first place.

Hi Craig
I,m please to announce the schedule is as follows
Free practice will be Thursday 5th and Friday the 6th of April.
We most likely will be running practice in groups Friday afternoon for transponder checks, once that is finalized we will reopen the track for more practice. This allows us to start Qualifying Saturday morning at 9am. with the drivers meeting and concourse at 8.30am.
I hope this answers your question about the practice schedule times, and that you can still fit this event on your calendar.
MyRCM entries are open with entry forms to be emailed to all clubs by the end of the week.
Stay tuned for more updates over the coming weeks

The date for the Vic LS state Champs is as posted above, I've have had a couple of calls asking to confirm the dates as somewhere on some calendar it was showing another date.
I've checked MyRCM, Facebook etc and the dates are correct.
The date for the event is the 7th -8th of April.
Please find attach the entry form hope to see you there it is going to be a good event.
