Try airport west model trains in airport west, melbourne. I think Kev's still got some old stock of Colt cars and parts, electric as well as nitro. But if you're wanting complete cars then you'd have to buy the whole RTR car of course if he doesn't have parts that you're after as parts bags.

Contact details are here: http://www.apwmodels.com.au/contact.html

James,

Do you have a pic of the Colt? I may have some parts.... have a few chassis of that type (sort-of HPI clones, but not, if that makes sense), so I may have some parts. Couldn't hurt to check....

Alex

Good luck finding used cars and parts for the first generation Colt EP touring car, they're not very durable to begin with and are pitched at RC beginners so most are smashed in little pieces then the whole lot thrown in the bin regardless of what does and what doesn't work.

Give Kev a call tomorrow morning and check what he's got as I haven't been there in ages. So I'm not aware of how much or how little he has left.

There is a shaft drive which is the current model that is now sold with RBR and Vodafone V8 supercar bodies for a few years now. The belt drive car was still sold alongside for a little while and is now discontinued.

Nick's Hobbyshop at Sorell in Tasmania still has a bunch of parts for these, I think. Worth a call, anyway.
