Exclamation 1/10 clay tyres and Tamiya stuff WANTED in WA

I am running a kids community centre project to get them to build a Tamiya Plasma Edge and race it at a local club (clay)

It was kindly donated by Stanbridges Hobbies in Perth, brand new and everything included (plug plug)

We don't have any budget to run it really and the standard pin tyres will not last long.

Looking for FREE partly worn tyres... somebody out there must be rich and use their 1/10th tyres only until about half worn and then chuck them (I hope ;-) )

Also any Tamiya type 7.2V packs, spares for a Plasm Edge, anything!!

P.M if you can help please

which is your local club?

Might be worth putting up some WANTED signs if they let you.

The WA state titles just finished last weekend, and Im sure you may be able to pick up some goodies here and there. But as for free.... Im not sure.

You May have a problem with fitting other car's rims / wheels on to the Tamiya, as you may find only Tamiya wheels fit on Tamiya cars.

good luck

It is the Jurien Bay club just started and everyone is running 1/8 nitro. The kids have only just started and nobody else is running 1/10 so no secondhandies avail locally... plus Perth is 3hrs away ..... so thus the nationwide web forum call!!

Thanks man
