What gears in the servos are you looking for with those speeds, metal or nylon? Not many servos can do below .08 second speed on 6V. Also, what torque do you need them to be?

Caspa, I have SANWA EGR-WRX 0.07s @ 6.0V & 8KG Torque. 3 months old.
