What's the difference between the versions??

RyanGreenie 07-03-2013 05:05 AM

V2 has the upgraded master unit which I'm sure is just a software update, you can send in your V1 and they will change it over for you. V3 is just a new grip I think. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Where can I send it in Australia to get the v2??? I am suffering glitches with my spektrum and looking to upgrade transmitters.

DX3S? I had the same problem. DX3R + 3100 solved that problem..

Just go to Model Flight and get Brad to sort you with a DX3R Pro.
Great radio at a Great Price....

Not trying to self promote here but i'm selling these KOs for the price of a new DX3R pro (around $350), having used both, the ko is a much much better radio in terms of feel and quality.
Buying a new KO will cost you over $600 possibly more depending where you buy, with all of the extras I'm selling with :)

Sorry mate. I wasn't trying to hijack your thread and I'll be the first to agree the KO's are a superb radio. Always have been as far back as I can recall.
And they are at a great price too. Good luck with the sale.

I think the have to be sent back to ko for the update. Maybe give northern beaches hobbies a call as I think their shop is the importer.

I have the v2 and have had no issues. Great radio and for the price of $380 with all of the extras that's a steal.
