Scammer, I sold the items to someone local, I never posted the item as you never sent any payment, simple, I don't see how that is a " scam ", The new post clearly states " Pick Up Only " the buyer can come see the items before paying.
Don't appreciate you posting personal details either or the bad attention, you clearly state in your post " lucky I didn't loose any money to him due to a BSB stuff up.. ", I waited 2 days and never received payment, so I sold it to someone else, I owe you nothing.

Hi Gary,
Still no activity on those tracking numbers. Oz Post said they aren't coming up for them either?
Cheers,
Gavin

Gavin,
You are correct in saying they are scanned at collection, however if they didn't make yesterday's run, they won't appear until collected from office tonight, I have just contacted aust post ( feel free to call yourself ) and they have advised that the online track and trace system is not real time.
I'm also checking tracking.
Cheers
Gary

No money, no goods, simple, I never followed through with shipping because no payment arrived. And who ever said I had to sell my stuff here, it was advertised elsewhere, again I will say it, no money, no goods, I choose who I sell to not you, your also talking about a transaction that had nothing to do with this website, no one in there right mind would ship without payment. Reality is no pay no item.
as for the so-called fake tracking numbers, see pics in attachment
far from fake i just never wrote any address, sealed the bags or sent them until i got payment, so please stop bad mouthing me, the facts are you didnt pay for anything thus why you never got anything.
If i had shipped the items, you would have recieved them and i would have nothing, no payment and you call me the scammer ?

The deal was you shipped first since you has no feedback and you would not take paypal.. the one with no feedback ships first. You never came back to me until now that I raised it? You didn't answer any of my emails and you have cancelled your drop phone mobile number. You told me you had posted them and they were on the way, and that they had been dropped at a post office. Then even told me to call Australia Post to check. The story keeps changing.

As far as I'm aware, this thread is intended for those who couldn't resolve a dispute after making payment and either received no goods, or goods not matching their description.
I don't believe misunderstandings or private disputes not actually involving any payment have a place here....

Ok from what I can gather:
Ultra Racer approached techracer to purchase.
Techracer would not accept Paypal
Ultra Racer then asked for techracer to ship first with signature confirmation given his zero feedback and techracer agreed, giving tracking #'s to indicate the items had been sent
Ultra Racer confirmed he had a payment through online banking set up for the estimated arrival time of the items
Ultra Racer queried the location of the items
techracer reneged, relisted the items and now wants cash up front payment
Ultra Racer does that sound right?

Can anyone help me. I just paid via paypal (gift) to user TensaZangetsu after a conversation about buying his serpent buggy. I had paid him via paypal. But I just noticed his account is now suspended on rctech and am a little worried. Would a mod be able to tell me why he was banned? hopefully its not for any bad trading. Thanks

If he's asked you to pay by Paypal gift it's a breach of site rules, and something you shouldn't have agreed to do.
His account is suspended but not for any instances related to sales or trades.
6. When using Paypal as a payment option, under NO circumstances can a seller request the payment be made as a "Gift", nor shall the buyer Pay as a "Gift" . Sellers may not charge the buyer extra fees for paypal, this is a site where you can list items for free to a very large range of people in the same hobby, we don't charge you to list, so you should factor any paypal fees into your selling price.

ravenfnightfury = TensaZangetsu i have deal with mick b4, never a problem, you can always contact him via mob or pm, i have just pm you his number to call him to sort it out.
just got off the phone with him, seen like nexxus and him have abit of a personal problem therefore hence, he is now ban for life...... i have no comment as what have happen, as i wasn't there. from reading back a couple of page of this thread, i think everyone know what the problem is, not my business so i leave it there.

No personal issues here, but the site rules are there for everyone, he got an initial ban for abusive comments and PM abuse (apparently he was going to see his lawyer to sue me for banning him then) and that was upped to a permanent ban when he created a 2nd account to bypass the system. All communication and related posts have been saved and forwarded to other moderators and the appropriate course of action was discussed in the moderator forum before any action was taken.
