Motor not working
 

I have a hitec challenger 260 with servo reverse. It's a 75.710 MHz. When you plug the motor into channel 2 the motor turns all the way to one side and can not be controlled I've switched motors and the same thing happens. This setup was installed about 20 years ago but the car has never been run. I was just wondering if I was doing something wrong or if the receiver or remote are pouched. Any help would be great
