Hitec Lynx 3D wont reverse servos...what should I do?

I have 2 Hitec Lynx 3D controllers. The problem is one of them won't reverse my servos. The other one will. I have done exactly what the manual said to and it reversed on one controller but not the other one. What should I do.

P.S. I need help as quit as possible.

Thanks in advance!!

Will it do it on any of the channels? 1,2 or 3

Does it still say "noR" after you hit the DATA + & - keys at the same time?

Servo Reversing:
This is used to change the rotating direction of your servos. Use the “Aux” +/- keys to select channel
#1 (Steering), #2 (Throttle) or #3 (Aux). Normal rotation will look like “noR” and reverse will look like
“REv”. To change these settings you will have to push the “Data” inc/dec key simultaneously.

Still no luck. I have done all of this and it still will not reverse. By depressing the data keys simultaneously, it still says noR but it also switches to the next channel just like the aux buttons do. I know I am doing it correctly because it works just fine on my older Lynx 3D. It seems as if there is a programming glitch in this one. Can I send it in for service? I really would like this one to work. I am a lefty and drive much better with the pistol grip reversed. There aren't many transmitters out there that can do this.

Thanks
