Question about lithium polymer cells

Is there anyway to drop the voltage of a 7.4 lithium polymer pack down to 6 volts? Seems like you could use a resistor are something to drop the voltage?

Sure... you would just run a regulator like these: http://www.bktsi.com/powerflite/accessories.htm
