5625 Digital Servo

I purchased a 5625 MG digital servo about 6 months ago. I no longer have the receipt. I was wondering if hitec will still cover this under warranty. I originally purchased two, one is still working, and it shorted out after being used twice. I replaced it with another brand but now I need another servo. Any info would be great.

burned up

I was at the Texas Biggie and burned up 2 servos from HITEC, The sweeper was a 50 mph. turn , one servo smoked and burned the case the other just stoped working.

I also had one that I ran only 1 time and the servo stop working and the case was also melted, not burn totally melted.

Yes the end point adjustments were set on mine, like I said the track where they blew up was high bite and had a 50 mph. sweeper!
There where other people who blew servos also, one guy in the A 1/8 final had to steer his car straight, because the servo lost its abillity to center!

Yes, The servo was on the throttle for my MTX-3 and the EPA were set at 37% throttle and 50% for brake.

I'd like to thank Hitec for the quick response and handling of my problem.

Sent in my servo with a brief description of the problem, received confirmation of receipt of my servo, and in 5 business days my problem was resolved. A brand new servo shipped UPS to me!!!

I can't speak for other people but customer service is always a plus in any product, and Hitec was very efficient in my situation.

Thanks again, Hitec, Tres, and the service dept.
