Could you please let me know something........on Hi-tec website it says you can only program the features listed eg.(overload protection) with the HFP-20 feild programmer can I not use the HPP-21Plus to program these features. The web page say's only the HFP-20 will program the listed features. Please could you let me know if I can also program overload protection with the HPP-21Plus Thank You Very much a loyal Hi Tech customer William C.

HPP-21 let me program the overload protection of the 5955TG

The HPP-21 Plus might only be able to do it if you have the computer interface connected... The HPP-21 has to have the computer connected to do anything.

My HPP-21 Plus, to allow programming some things at the field, is on order.
