HS-5925 repair questions

I am looking for information on what options and what cost there would be for a HS5925 servo with a centering problem.

During the past couple of race weeks, I had been having problems with my HS-5925 centering. It wasn't a big deal, I just had to make sure to re-center it before each run. Finally, during this past weekend's Novak USTC race, I was having wandering issues down the backstretch, and the same recentering problem. I finally had to replace it later during the event.

I'm very doubtful I still have the receipt, although I'm sure it is under 2 years old. I just want to know what options I have, and what the estimated cost would be to repair or refurbish it.
