Default warranty

Whats the warranty on Hitec servos? Also do they have a repair or trade in for a new one program?

This should be noted that this warranty is for the US distribution (North/South America, and Canada). If you are located somewhere else in the world, then you need to contact the distributor in your area to find out about the warranty there.

hey brendan , i have been a hitec guy for years , very fast , run houstons engine service . i am wondering if my 5998tg would be able to get replaced or fixed . i never keep the receipts on anything for some reason .the servo costs me the amain win at our first round of the oregon rcpro a few weekends back . i did win truggy though . Martin has just told me to send them in and he will make sure it is taken care of but he doesn't answer emails anymore ?

Hey Houston,
Without your purchase receipts it will be tough for the technicians to know exactly when your servos were purchased. They will have to use the production code for general an idea of when the item might have been purchased. Then they will use their discretion as to whether or not they will warrant the servo.

it is not over two years old but i do understand .

like i said billy , i have been using hitec servos for years .
