turn around

i had a local hobby shop send in a servo to you guys and they sent it in last tueday 12/30/08. how long will it take before i get that back

I need to send one in for wire repair, how long is the turn around on that, and will i be charged? If so how much, and is it worth paying to get it fixed.

Turn around time for the charger i sent in was 3 days ! Very fast.
