Can I get an estimate...

on how much it would cost to repair two HS-645MGs and one HSC 5997TG. They were all burnt up by user default. (Improper linkage settings) However, I love Hitec RCD and really don't want to let almost $200 worth of servos go to waste.

You can check here clicky for non warranty flat repair fees.

Thank you. However I am not 100% sure if they are under warranty or not because all of them froze up after a short on-road warm up... i dont understand why. There was no binding, no water anywhere... all I know is that I love Hitec RCD and they are failing to impress me with such faultiness within the electronics board.

There is no charge to check out our equipment if you send it in. If the problem found is not warrantied or you are out side of our two year warranty then the flat rate repair fee would apply. The technician would contact you first to let you know what he found and ask if you want it repaired or not (if not warrantied). If you choose not to have it repaired the item will be returned to you.

Now you stated in your earlier post that they burned up due to improper linkage settings.

They were all burnt up by user default. (Improper linkage settings)
This would not be a manufacturers defect in materials or workmanship so more than likely the flat rate fees would apply to your order.

Ok well, the repair fees are high but understandable because those are some tiny circuit boards!
