Hitec Flash 4 Pro-Car Manual

Hi,

Have just purchased a Hitec Flash 4 Pro-Car, but it hasnt come with a manual. The closest i can find on Hitec's site and the rest of the web is this manual, but it appears to be for the rc aircraft version, not the car version:

If anyone can help me out i would be most grateful. Many thanks,

Andy

The Flash 4 Pro-car radio was a euro product that was never brought into the states so I dont have a manual for this. Let me see if I can find one online somewhere though. This radio was discontinued quite some time ago so I am not sure what I can come up with.

Gave away manual, with TX, some time ago when Eclipse Pro-Car emerged. FWIW Flash Pro-Car TX has menus for both Car and aircraft and uses similar menus and operation for ATV and EPA. Convert to and from aircraft version by removing/replacing the one directional blocking plate from each stick and change menu.
NB: The link you provided was for the later Flash 4/5X series. If your TX does not have a large stylised "X" after "Flash 4" on the name plate, refer Hitec Flash 4 & 5 (Version 1) as there are major differences in procedure for saving input and trim adjustments. In need, email via my homepage link, for copy of Eclipse Pro-Car manual which may assist with terminology.

Thanks Alan, i've just tried mailing you at your address as my TX is the standard one without the stylised "X", but my messages just keep bouncing back.

Please visit my web page below and at beginning of second line click "Contact Alan ". Link opens direct email, just re-confirmed as operative, or use "private mesage" on header above this forum to leave query and direct email address.

Andy,
This manual dosent seem to be anywhere online to download. As a last place to check, try [email protected] as they may have a copy of that older manual. :tire:
