I've been using it for steering for the last two seasons. I can't imagine needing more power or speed. Are these ("59" series, non ti) digitals ok for throttle?

I suggest not using the digital servo for the t/b on these vehicles. Since these servos pretty much always have a load on them between pushing/pulling the throttle barrel or the brake they can heat up quick and eventually burn out a component (amp or motor). If you wanted to use a digital here then I would suggest one of the newer titanium geared ones since they have a heat sink built in as part of the case.

ok i have 2 of these servos and i have a mbx5 i use them both for steering and t/b all you want to go is slow down the t/b servo settings cause it was to fast for the engine itself and would flood it other than that it works perfect it has alot of tourqe for the steering so it was perfect in and out of the turns very nice perfect servo.........
hope that helps
