Had a blast running at TQ. 14 racers in 1/12th. Big group in TC as well. Looking forward to June 22. Learned a lot about set up to go fast. We need a bigger group for next time. So see what you can do to go of you can.

What compound tires did u guys use? I need to order some new shoes.

The track at TQ has a ton of grip. Eric ran Black fronts and Yellow rears. I ran Black fronts and Orange rears.

The popular tires that I noticed were:
Fronts
Black
Grey
Chrome
Ulti X hard
BSR Blue

Rears
Yellow
Greene
Orange / Greylow
Ulti X Medium

The low rubber type tires seem to work the best.

Next weekend is the second planned trip. I'm checking to see how many people are interested in making the trip this weekend?

Our last trip was a great time.

Count me in. Good warming up for IIC 2014 that is coming up on a few months.

I am in for racing this trip, was already on vacation in SoCal during the last trip so I stopped by to see the AZ boys on my way back to town. The track looked super dialed with good racing going on.

I think I am good for this one as well, but I would need to figure out the car and hotel arrangement.

Evan, Right now I have Eric and Chris saying they're in and a maybe from Bill. So I'll probably be taking my wife's van over on this trip.

I've also booked a room at the Chino - LA Motel 6.

If anyone else is planning on going to race at TQ this weekend please let us know. We can work out carpooling or caravaning out on Saturday morning.
