Looking at the series dates, I could make the Nov 23rd and Dec 21 events. I'm not sure what the road racing schedule will be in January but it's probably safe to say I could make most of those also.

Also, I will probably be selling off some equipment soon, if any of the on-road guys need anything let me know. I have several 1s ESC's, a CE FGX charger, a CRC WGT car w/235mm conversion, a pair of Serpent S411LE's and most likely one Mi5.

I'm up for the 23rd. This weekend won't work for me.

I can't go this weekend, on Sunday morning I fly out for a business trip. To the middle of nowhere Iowa. I would rather stay. I fear I may be becoming a disgruntled employee if this happens too much....

Reasons Iowa sucks: It's really fucking cold, there is not one hot girl in this entire town, it's snowing, they have no idea what Mexican food is supposed to taste like, and when it does warm up it smells like a funny combination of fish and cow shit.

Also, driving across Iowa at night is just like space travel. No landmarks, mountains, nothing.

Poor little Ratty. Stuck in America's Heartland.

All the hot girls in Iowa are attending ASU, I do like Taco John's and the smell in that state is pig shit. It is horrible.

The nice thing about living on "the plains" is, if your dog runs away you can still see it for three days.

Default But

But Iowa was the home of Delta Racing Cars and so should be thought of with reverence

Ok how did a thread about carpet racing in CA become dominated with pig farming in Iowa.

It's my fault. I'm stuck in Iowa and that's why I'm not racing rc cars this weekend. It was 9 degrees this morning.

That'll keep the smell down.

Keep warm.

Sadly, of all the cars I raced in the 80's and early 90's none were Deltas.
