Yeah, there were soldiers at the major points of interest, armed with this-is-no-shit black rifles.

Hey Chris, I thought Flag was oval only? Gary McAlister told me a couple years back it was oval and no 1/12TH.

Things change, afew years ago oval was the dominant class with a TC or slash class or two thrown in. Oval is still popular up there but road classes have grown in popularity alot. I think this may be the first year that anyone has run organized 12th there, not a huge group of 12th cars when I was there two weeks ago but a fun group and very enjoyable. And its a plus to get away from the heat.

OK weird problem. Got out my 1S stuff to see if they had life or were paperweights. All of them showed voltages of 4+. Tried to discharge one. At 5 amps it dropped to 3.2, then to 2.99. Just when I expected it to shut off, it jumped back up to 3.15. It continued to fluctuate all over for 9 minutes when I shut it off. Was afraid to charge it. Any ideas what's going on here?

No idea, but I'd low amp charge it outside away from the house and see what it does. I still have a sandwich bag of some tires you let me try.

Not really in need of tires. Probably obsolete now anyway.

Don't know what all that meens but I would not recommend leaving that battery uncharged, from all I know leaving a lipo discharged very low can be dangerous.

I will actually be there as well - at least if its held in the daytime by then. I have 1s lipos coming in the mail and will be home from Vermont shortly. It was sure great to see Dave P. out there. I'm gonna stick with 1s and 17.5 till I figure out how to drive again.

Just checked the Facebook site, and Lonny you are correct.

Gates open at 7:30am, and racing starts at 10am.
