Default PIB Racing presents 2013 Buggies and Breakfast at Fear Farm

Hey racers,

I'd like to announce the 2013 Buggies and Breakfast race at Fear Farm RC coming up this September 7th.

The Summer heat is a real killer here in the valley of the sun. While we get a ton of people here for Nitro Challenge every year, a lot of folks miss out on the Summer racing here in the Phoenix area. Day time temps are really hot, but the night racing is amazing. The dirt is great once there's moisture and the sun has set. Usually by the end of the mains, everyone is always asking the same thing: Why isn't it this awesome all night? So I decided to do something about it.

We'll be starting this race at 10PM with heavy track watering starting at sun down. There will be two rounds of controlled practice, two rounds of qualifying, and main events including 30 minute A mains. There will be coffee all night as well as awards and breakfast served at the track for all the racers at dawn.

Once it hits about 2 am there will be almost no water needed on the track surface, allowing us to really move through the program. Tire wear is almost zero at that point. We have permanent pit tables, plenty of generator power and lots of light. If you have never checked out Fear Farm RC here is your chance.

Classes are as follows:
Sportsman Truck, Buggy
Open Truck, Buggy
40+ Truck, Buggy
Pro Truck, Buggy

Trophies for top three in each class, with champions getting personalized pit boards by Stickit1 Racing with their name on it. Big D's RC's will be donating prizes as well, (they make some of the best bags and accessories in the business) and there are more sponsors to be announced in the coming weeks.

For more info, PM me here, or email me at [email protected]

$30 first entry, $20 for each entry after that. We will have event T shirts available, trophy girls, and music on the new sound system with a special guest DJ during downtime and while everyone is loading in.

See You There!

Yes we will take any and all signups. I'd like an RSVP to know you'll be there, and I know you will. Hmmm....maybe an incentive to sign up early? I'll look into that.

There has been some interest in e buggy... I will gladly add the class if I get 8 entries. Then i'll only need a couple of volunteer marshals...fear farm is a really big layout, and without a minimum of 10 marshals it isn't any fun for drivers or the people flipping cars over. So far, I only have one confirmed e buggy, and he'll be happy to run sportsman with the nitro guys as long as his battery lasts. That being said, I don't know how long a proper e buggy main should last. I'll research it and pm you.

So.. E BUGGY GUYS, STEP UP AND COME TO THE PARTY! Registration is open.

Ok, so bacon with breakfast is what the racers want and we're gonna give it to them. Jose aguilera said he's even gonna donate some bacon!

Joe lacey's wife has agreed to be on pancake duty.

I'm tracking down more sponsors this week.

Welcome to the party, J CONCEPTS!!!

Nasty's ANGELS will be there for the awards ceremony, and the 50/50 raffle. There will be prizes. Stickit1 is handling the awards and class champions will get custom pit boards with their name on them. Things are happening fast, so don't miss out!

DJ Gene Dorn from Stiletto's will be in the booth with me rocking the sounds of nitro... Gene is a big time motor sports enthusiast, and he is looking forward to seeing us do our thing in person for the first time. If you like the music when i'm in the booth, you will love Gene! No BS, he's a much better DJ.

We need some help to make this happen, so if you'd like to help pull this thing off, PM me.

Add your name, team guys included. If there are ???'s that's because I'm uncertain as to which class. Let's get this rolling.
