Hey guys, I have someone asking for J-Concepts tire suggestions for Nitro Challenge. He's sponsored by JC and will be running short course, 1/8 Buggy and 1/8 truck.

Thanks for any help!

Metrix is what Ryan won with last hear I believe, we ran black jackets and stackers last year.

I ran Metrix last weekend and I liked them over the Hybrids. Black Jackets are a good recommendation as well. My order of preference would be 1 - Metrix, 2 - Black Jackets, 3 - Hybrids.

As far as compound I would take Nasty's advice on the green compound. During the Nitro Challenge the temps will be cool at night and after last year's race there's always a possibility of snow Last year I ran Black Jackets and Hybrids in black compound and I noticed pins missing after 1 or 2 qualifiers. My order of preference for JC tire compound would be 1- green, 2 - green, 3 - green
