I am looking forward to it. I really like that there will be a novice track, now I can get my son into racing without him being intimidated by everyone. April 24 isnt gonna get here soon enough.

Nice Job Jeff this should be a great place to race and being only 10 minutes from my House I am sure I will be there often when not at work.

thanks guys. the novice track I think is one of the most important tracks, because at one point we were all novice's so we can all relate to that. It will help promote our sport to to the new guy/girl and families in all hopes we will grow our competition.

I forgot to mention there is a airstrip so bring your helis and planes of all sizes nitro/gas and electric. AMA required

Be prepared for April 24 our 1/8 track will impress any racer beginner to pro

There was talk of an onroad track on the other thread, is that still in the plans?
I have some pictures of last years Worlds track in Lostallo Switzerland if you are still planning on it, if you built a track even close to that one in the states, it will be the best track the US has to offer. It had banked corners, elevation changes, multiple layouts, real grass infield, the works. In Europe, the onroad tracks are all like this, unlike the flat tracks the US has to offer... It would be innovative to bring that style to the US and that alone would be a HUGE step in the right direction for that class of racing.

There is like 4-5 decent onroad fuel tracks in the country, this would lead a lot of people to believe that it is dieing. Not really the case going by ROAR's numbers for Nationals the fuel onroad segment has actually been growing in numbers the past ten years or so and the race sells out yearly. Its definately been the most consistent class of racing in ROAR's 45+ year history. (Not trying to sell ROAR to you at all, just trying to give you some sort of numbers. I would definately be a big supporter of a fuel onroad track)

I truly think that if a good fuel track was built, people will come. There is already a small following close by in the area that have to travel to go race onroad, me included. Plus I think you would definately see some cross over from the offroad crowd as well.

If this is something being considered, I would be willing to help out any way I can.
