cazman, don't sweat it. this is a learning thing, and 8th scale has a pretty steep learning curve. it's not that other classes are easier, it's more like it's easier to get proficient in some of the other classes than 8th scale buggy. probably because there is so much mechanically to keep up on as opposed to a 2wh vechicle.
i had a lot of on road experience (not in competition, but tearing up parking lots) and went to monster truck for a few months, then BAM 8th scale buggy. that was 2008. now i have learned enough to realize that i still have a LOT to learn.
you are not in the way. you're doing just fine.
we're all just a bunch of grown men, playing with toy cars in the dirt. for bowling trophies. and that's pretty cool
btw, you lumped me in with a bunch of really fast company! i'm humbled.

Thanks cazman, that main was really fun to drive in as well. It's awesome to race that close as fast as you can. It was a bummer that Billy flamed out.
As Nasty said just keep up the good work and practice as much as possible and it will come in due time. But not too much that it becomes not fun. Let us know if you have any questions or help with your car.

Frustrating night.
I had a steering servo fail on me in my buggy at nitro challenge (JR). Since I got my truggy, the steering servo (KO) was getting weaker and weaker so I replaced it with a brand new one (Savox) tonight before the races. During the qualifiers, my throttle servo failed in my buggy (JR), then the brand new servo in my truggy failed, then my girlfriends steering servo failed (Losi). wtf???
5 servos in one month.
