I love sending the 1:8 scale, it looks like pit lane is my only option for now Hey V-Rock, pit for me!?

In all seriousness, I can't wait to get out there and race.....let's have some FUN!!

Yeah That's mine. J/k

Had a good time running on the new track last night. A few tweaks and it will be awesome. Nice work to all of the volunteers. I know what it is involved in a track build of that size, itís no easy task and nearly impossible to achieve with volunteers. So again, thanks for the hard work, you guys are on the right track.

As far as the 1:8 nitro vs electric thing, it really is not worth fighting about. They do not, and should not exist in the same planet, worlds apart they are. Both fun to race but not the same. And when you start trying to stack them up next to each other it just doesn't work.

I would hate to see this poking at each other turn into a real problem where elec guys start hating the nitro guys or vise versa.
Mandatory pit stops is never the answer. That has never worked, hard work during the years figuring out your engine / pipe clutch tuning etc should never be discounted because some people can't get the same type of mileage. There is a lot more involved in a successful nitro program than the vehicles electric counterpart. (this does not make it any less of a class) but shouldn't ever be a apples to apples comparison.

So keep up the hard work, but please keep them seperate when the numbers are there.

Nice one Casey, that issue of N vs E, has been forever, let's just race! How about you guys adding some moguls in a section? Those are always fun, some people just hate them!

x2,
I also liked your giant windmill mini-golf themed idea. Maybe a couple weeks before the next tear down?

I vote for awarding an extra lap when pit guys catch it mid gap!

That's been discussed and more than likely will be put at the end of the short shoot after the straight. The double after the wheelie riser is an easy fix. 10 minutes with a flat head shovel would take care of that. The problem with liping up the hip at the back left is that people will constantly be casing the landing that wasn't meant to be a landing. How about a lip on the roller? So you'd roll the hip and blip it off the roller sailing downhill?

Thanks to Dave for running a great show Saturday! It was nice knowing I didn't have to worry about a thing!

We can bring some dirt over from tge 1/5 track if we need to. Maybe a big air double right in front of tge drivers stand, so tge front would be double double style.

Seems all that Fair food got to your brain. We don't have the room for a D-D there.

How long is a lap around the new track? I would guess 20-30 sec.
