LATEST NEWS -- the 1/8 scale track is just too rough for Bajas to run on.

Fear Farm has given us the go-ahead to build our own 1/5th Scale Short Course Track. We will begin tearing down the oval track on Sunday the 10th. If you would like to come out and help us, please bring gloves and a cordless drill with phillips bits. We need to unscrew all of the plywood that surrounds the oval, so we can re-use it on the new track.

Tear down start at 8:00, I hope to see some of you guys there.

Your talking about building a 5th scale track for the bajas right, not a 10th scale sc track right?

Basically, the drivers stand on the oval track will be moved back 15 feet leaving a usable area of 200 x 110. The track will be designed so that 1/5th scale and short course vehicles can run without needing to clear big jumps like on the 1/8th scale track. In addition to 1/5th scale and short course trucks, 1/8th should have fun on it too; especially beginners..

Yes, 1/5th scale rolling track that other scales can use as well.

Since you are moving the driver stand would it be possible to face it north so we don't have to look into the sun in the afternoon? I am planning on getting a 5sc and am pretty stoked about the track.
