Default Sun Lakes RCC Point Series

It is finally here! Tonight is Round 1 gates open at 5 for practice and racing starts at 7! Hope to see you there! There are no more 1/5th scales for those that haven't been following. Track is in great shape and should make for some good racing! $10 per class and ROAR membership is required. For those that are not ROAR members we will be charging $15 for your first 2 rounds. So basically you are paying the one day membership but your first class of racing would be free.

Hey any NE. valley RCers, I live around 36th St. & T-Bird, I'm building a small track in my back yard, and I'm looking for help building the track, and suggestions on the track layout.
I have access to some free really nice dirt with absolutely no rocks in it, and as much as I need.
I Just need help moving it and building the track, any help would give you a six month free membership the CRC Speedway.
If you want to help me, PM or E-mail me at [email protected]

If you have any ideas for my track, here's a blank scaled grid to my backyard, and a couple of different layouts I drew with different width lanes, just E-mail me your ideas.
The squares on the out side of the page are still 2' X 2', I had to cut them off, because when I print it , it would scale it down and cut off part of it.

Thanks Mike.

Thumbs up KBRL Race at Canyon Vista

For those that are interested we will have a catering truck at the track for all your food and drink needs. Also one of our club racers will have his hot dog trailer too. If you would like to see a open practice Friday night before the race, pm Jason or my self. If there are enough racers we will schedule it. We will be setting up the pits like we did for the ACS. If you have any other questions about the facility or track just pm us or go to www.canyonvistarc.com THANKS AND SEE YOU NEXT WEEKEND

Been out of the hobby for a few years, and am thinking of getting back in. It looks like onroad and oval racing is all but dead in the valley. Is there any touring car or 1/12th scale racing anywhere?

Is 1/10th scale truck and buggy racing still going strong at SRS?

Ovals not dead yet. We are running oval Friday nights at 8pm at SRS. We have been getting about 35-40 racers. Come out and check it out.

Thanks
