PM on the way.

I have a Losi Xcelorin and a 10.5 $145.00

Also long shot... Anyone want to trade a 2 wheel buggy (and cash) for a 4 wheel buggy with a SMC saddle?

sorta, i talked ith keoni after hearing this and he said it may or may not happen. the track is costing to much to maintain so they are tryin some things to make it so the cars are not tearing the track up so much

. i guess cactus killed it and runnin 1/8th on it now isnt helping.maybe he can chime in if they made a decision or not

Does anyone know the track condition? It's a steady rain here in SW valley this morning. I expect the same in Scottsdale and puddles in the track...

The rain is suppose to stop and the sun should be out around 12. Cross your fingers.

I remember noting that the track was falling apart during practice & qual. I has been nicely maintained since.

I also heard that the layout will change soon, but if the cost is an issue it would be better to keep the current layout a bit longer...

Here's the problem: If the track dosn't get changed by Early May it will get too Hot. We kept last years Cactus track until states. (Not Keoni's fault) I don't think anyone wants that this year. This rain is not going to help it either.

I would pay an extra $20 next time we race to help pay for the track rebuild. If 50 people would do that it would be $1000 towards the cost. Maybe forego race bucks for one race too. It could be voulentary.

As much as I like this track I don't want to run on it all summer.

Another thought: How about a fund raiser race suggested $25 or $30 entry ($10 for second class). Make it a day race (Start at 10:00) near the end of April with 4 quals and Mains running into the evening if need be. Add some crazy man made obsticles to the track here and there like a big wood jump in the middle of the straight or something. Make it different and fun.Maybe a small cash prize for the winners of each class (like your entry fee back back) We could do the swap meet thing too. and proceeds for certain items (that maybe people dont want) also could go the the track rebuild fund.

Yes?, No? Maybe?

I will throw in $20 bucks and add my 2 cents worth on what I would like to see in a layout.

I vote for a quad like a couple of Cactuses ago... and no washboards...

Now where do I send my $20?

Default Ideas

I also think if you want the track to last longer make it easy.

An 1/8 scale casing jumps and running full throttle for half the track will destroy a track in no time.

Make it easy so everyone can keep their line and easily clear the jumps.

Build it and they will come...
