Can't you hotel people just cancel your reservation? Unfortunately, I can't cancel the Holiday weekend. I wish it would get moved two weeks. Lol.

No I wish I could but when I got my hotel to get a good rate you don't get your money back, you have to pay for the first night rather you use it or not.but o we'll my problem,I rather eat $85 than $285 for driving up and taking a chance on if it rains or not . Be funny if it rained long enough that all the orange tires that everyone bought would be worthless as the trip up for us Tucson drivers just kidding good luck all

This sucks! It rains 3 times a year. Once is the entire week of Nitro Challenge and the other 2 times are whenever there is any big outdoor racing events planned! Damn I spent 2 weeks getting my stuff ready for small track.

State Championship -POSTPONED-

With the forecast for this weekend looking bad we had a very hard decision to make. We have decided to move the State race to the fallowing weekend (Nov 29th - Dec 1st). We understand moving the race to Thanksgiving weekend might not work well for some and I do apologize for any inconvenience it may cause and we hope everyone can still make it out to what will be a fun event.

if I were single that would be the plan randy. But I have not had a date night with my wife in 8 months. So I want to take advantage of inlaws to babysit. So, I am leaning towards a friday date night and an entire saturday away from my inlaws, lol. So now the stupid questions.

1- are there trophies? my 8 year old is only interested in all day races if there are trophies, lol.
2- I dont own a single pair of clay tires. All I have are M4 tires in various levels of condition. Since me and the kid are not at all competitive, will these suffice?
3- Since I dont do big races normally, will there be tech and what are the rules? roar?

I know this had to be tough one to make/call but I think you did the right thing. My crystal ball is as broke as anyone's but it is almost certain we're getting rain, now we can argue about 1/2" or 1"-either would certainly be too much for anything but boat races

Will there be racing this Wednesday, Nov. 27?

Any other practice hours open before Nov. 29?

Lastly, will it be the same schedule as before - practice starting at 10am on Nov. 29? All races and mains on Saturday, November 30?
