Default SRS News!

SRS News-
Thanks again for all of the guys that came out and raced on Saturday!! Over 10 heats with almost 80 racers!! It was great meeting some of the Fear Farm racers that made it out. I hope everyone had a great time!!

SIGP-
After talking with a lot of racers on Saturday it sounds like a good handful of guys can’t make it down for SIGP because of other obligations. Aaron, George and Greg have volunteered to stay behind and run SRS and the races for me. So if you cant make it down to Tucson and you want to race come on out to SRS this weekend!!

SRS Schedule-

Friday 10/21/2011- Open Practice 1pm-10pm
Saturday 10/22/2011- Club Racing at 6pm

Thanks again to Aaron George and Greg for everything!!

Keoni

If your making the trek across the pond I'll line you up with table/chairs/easy-up or anything else I have and/or can borrow. Pretty sure I'm going to run our 'States' race (which is also very stacked) but Cactus I believe I'll just volunteer to help out. I'd listen to any advice Friery has on the technical side, he's likely turned a few hundred thousand laps at SRS

Default Table, Chair , Canopy

Question, few of us are looking to attend the Cactus this year and wondered if there was anywhere around there to rent these things? If not, what do most people do who fly in...Buy them from Wal-Mart and trash them when you leave? Any advice would be greatly appropriated. Also, would it be safe to assume that the date on website are rock solid? 26th anniversary race March 23-25 2012

Thanks!

I know they are working on the AZ State Championships in November right now.

If there is something you really need to know you could contact them otherwise it may be after November for major updates I am guessing.
Is this date set in stone? Can we buy are plane tickets? Thanks

The Cactus Classic is traditionally always held on the 3rd weekend in March.
Since the late 80's, it's been like this for every year that I can recall.
