Thank you to everyone that came out for the 2nd round of The Battle in the Desert Point series race. We had a great turnout with over 90 racers. I look forward to round 3 back at SRS in a couple weeks. Please check out the events link on our web site for results.

Hey guys, I'm looking for some suggestions. This is in regards to the section that used to be the step-on, step-off over on the far right. The second lip, right before the right hand turn, I'm having problems with. My Jammin scrt10 totally bucks off that lip if I hit it with any speed because it's such a sharp transition. I'm thinking shock oil. Right now, I'm running 30wt. both front and rear. Do I stiffen up the front or the rear. Or, what other suggestions do you have?

Do you mean the rear bucks up? If so there's a few things you can try. Shorten the travel of the rear shocks by either moving shock position out or internally this will help keep the rear from over extending and bucking you. The Other thing would be to try a thicker oil to slow down the spring. Either way is going to affect Other aspects so try the easiest to reverse first.

Default addiction...

Wednesday Jeff (forgot last name) let me drive his Losi 22 buggy after all the races were complete. Now that's all I can think about! Since my other RC's are all Kyosho, I'm now searching for a RB5 SP2 so I can play buggy too!

So the question is...

Is this an addiction?

Default Got one!

Proud owner of a slightly used RB5 SP2...

My very first RC was a 1987 Kyosho Ultima Buggy...
Now 24 years later I've come full circle!

Depending on when it gets here I might get to use it next Wednesday.

Ok, back to my cave now.

That's funny John! I was just hanging out with Jeff (Mellen is his last name), yesterday. He let me drive his buggy too. I think he's just trying to get more people hooked. Although it didn't sink in too much for me. I just can't imagine running 3 classes!
