But it is so cool to make your own stuff. I'm up to my 13th prototype chassis (5 X-60s, 3 SCX-60s, and 5 I can't talk about) and each one is just as fun to build.

Nice work Mike on the build. I guess building/creating is the hobby aspect of it all, which I'm not really into. Just racing for me.

I am turning one of my B44s into an SC44 though. Very simple build/conversion. Widen the stance, add SC tires, a Kyosho DRT body (smaller than an SC10), and that's about it. So far it's pretty cool. Just going to be a backyard basher though.

See you all this weekend.

i think mike's build is awesome. i've fabbed the occasional part for the occasional car, but nothing like that. really good work.
