Hi back to ya girl. Loving your Bloomingdales sponsor'd kart! Diggin the dayglow pink color. Is Jonanthans kart still that crazy bright green to? I left a message for ya in the other forum group yesterday. Anyhow, welcome and nice to see ya here. No worries if you can't make it. Its only a practice day. For some reason many thought it was going to be a race or something special. I thought we made it pretty clear but, we know how excited everyone gets when its comes to the word "racing". Hope to see you all on Sunday? I'll email or post the location for eveyone to see this Wed. And Be sure to bring a table or two. I have a few we'll bring out but we're not going crazy this go around as we said. We ourselves plan to be relax and enjoy the track this time.

Came up to the office today and had a interesting email. It was regarding how to keep my driver figure in my kart? Well, one, if the driver is coming out of the kart then your either hitting curbs head on, acting like James Bond 007 and using the injection button, or his or her hands n feet are not mounted correctly to the kart. I personally make sure mine are nice and tight on the steeering wheel and feet pushed into place but to go one step further. I run a alloy screw through the back of the seat which then goes through the driver itself. I guess one could say in a humorous way, it's kind of a back stabbing method. I've never had my driver, Pit Stop Penelope, come off while racing. Keep in mind if ones driver were to come off while racing? Thats it, your off the track until it gets placed back on securely.

I used to race the Kyosho motorcycle. That clown would jump off the bike everytime he passed the hotdog stand. Servo tape, velcro, string, I think it just wanted to be a well fed spectator.

Thank goodness you weren't racing it down Time Square in NY with all the Hotdog stands! Hold the pickles and extra peppers. Speaking of, usually we break out the old event BBQ pit at our events. Not this time however. Not sure who will be showing up nor how many. Looks like a chance of showers now is forecasted for Saturday and Sunday.
