Indoor dirt racing in ILL???
has anyone heard anything about the indoor dirt track opening up??? im dieing to get back on some dirt!

If you're refering to the new building at Leisure hours I have heard that it's coming along nicely. It will still be a while. All the little stuff (power, wiring, HVAC) always takes longer than planed, I would guess longer in a Union heavy state too. Newberry's in Orion is having a big Nitro race Dec. 4th-5th too.

Ya be careful. the IL eletrical union has a big blow up rat that hey use when picketing places. I ahven't seen them do it for private places though specially one that is kind of out in the middle on nowhere.

Extreme R/C in Evansdale Iowa (www.extremerconline.com near Waterloo) Has a huge indoor offroad track. I am very sure it is open for practices and they race every weekend. They ran for the first time last sunday, it was pretty good!
Clay surface, nice fast track with some tech spots also.
