i am just stating foam, what is the lowest you can run a foam tire before losing proformance. and should i sand my chassis?

Tire size depends on traction. More traction (like novak race) you can run them down to 2.2in. For stock here up north when they get lower than 2.25in they don’t work as well.
Unless your Ottoman then you run them untill the rim shows.

If by sanding the chassis you mean putting CA the on the edges we do that to protect the chassis from splitting in a crash.
