WallStreet….Just because you use a question mark at the end of a sentence it doesn’t make it a question?

Something the spec Mini guys might like:
Radio Shack just started carrying assembled GP3300 stick packs with a RS part number on them. They have GP writing all over the package and GP's website on the back. I'm sure they're not macthed but they have a pretty good price tag. They are only 24.99 for 6-cells. The stock number was 23.319.
Something to consider if you are trying to keep costs down. GP3300s should last 20 minutes with the stock motor, if not more. Anyone like the idea of a spec battery, too?
Just a thought...

no spec battery...just whatever stick pack you can get in there is fine with me.
Since we are trying to folllow TCS....I think they allow any stick pack.
I can talk to Brad from Hurricane Motorsports and see what they have. In the past I thought he did some stick packs for other hobby stores.

Ok, ok... it was just a suggestion to try to keep the costs down for everyone, at IRP only. FWIW, here's the battery rule from Tamiya:
Sport packs that are readily available at hobby stores are legal as long as they are assembled from the general hobby industry i.e. Orion, Peak, Reedy, Duratrax, Dynamite, Trinity and Hobbico.
