Saturday will be the official event day track will open at 7:00 a.m for practice for those who did NOT practice on Friday, if you ran practice Friday the track is closed to you until 8:30 a.m to help keep the drivers stand open to those who did not get practice in on friday! I will be running controlled practice on Saturday myself to monitor this, play by the rules lets have fun! tracks will close at 9:30 a.m with a driver meeting at 9:35 a.m any track maintenance will also b done during this time, and racing promptly at 10:00 a.m.
Marshalling-
This is a hot topic at a lot of races it seems people forget how it works so let me explain it. Immediately following your race come off the drivers stand and set your car to the side or give it to a friend (we are all friends here so no excuse to not be able to find one) and go out to marshal even if you broke during the qualifier or main you need to marshal the following race. If you can not YOU need to find someone to do it for you. During qualifying if you do not make it to marshal before the next qualifier starts you will be docked a lap ( no jokes no warnings this and the drivers meeting are considered your warning) we will have 2 minutes in between each race. timer starts immediately after the race is over, which is plenty of time to get out and marshal, please be careful when marshaling no ones car is worth getting hurt over! Drivers must be off the throttle while being marshalled or turn marshal does not have to assist!!!!!! Night time will require marshals to wear the supplied yellow safety vests for safety reasons.
Racing-
Dirty racing will not be tolerated race clean, let the faster guy by you as it only hurts both drivers by hacking each other. Any issues please come see myself!
Computer Malfunctions-
Computer malfunctions are up to the race director to add or subtract laps. If your transponder is not working it is the car owners responsibility. (at one time or another we have all been on the short end of the stick these are electronics and they sometimes do not want to work correctly).
Awards-
Top three in each class for A-D mains will be given plaques at each event. Bigger Plaques will be awarded to the top 10 in each class at the end of the series. you will automatically get 2 bonus points at each race you attend so the more you attend the more bonus points you can earn, also TQ will earn 1 bonus point at each event as well.
