Excited to see R/C racing back in Stevens Point. What are the chances of switching to Fridays nights, as you would have 3 more people if it was on Fridays.

What batteries are you allowed to use in stock sct? 6cell, 7cell, or 2s?

Thanks,
Kyle

Our Out time is 10 pm after that it costs us more. After we get the first night under the belt I am sure we will get it figured out

Costs more to run Fridays plus parking maybe a issue. We think it would be better too but the location doesn't seem to be flexible with us.

In stock SCT any Roar battery or 17.5 motor is ok. Again after the first night and we see what shows up we will have a better idea of what classes and rules will be laid out.

Since the race area is all wood, do you suppose there should be a sand box to throw the lipos that may catch fire? Like they do at indoor flying places. If a fire were to happen there is no way a person is going to carry it downstairs by hand to throw it outside. The box would need to be large enough to put a complete short coarse truck in it, in case a fire started while in the truck. With a lid to suppress the fire.

Our first night is this Wednesday! Instead of being a race night it will be an open practice night. This will help everyone get up to speed. Cost is $10.00

Track rules:

Absolutely no paragon tire compound! Oderless compounts only! Sticky fingers, sxt, mudslide, and jack the gripper are all approved.

A pit towel is a must! To protect the supplied tables.

All batteries must be charged in a lipo bag! No exceptions.

Please bring an extension cord and malti outlet strip. As outlets are limited.

We hope to see you all there!

Bomber is a breakout class. Any pan car any motor and battery combination. You must run an older style body no new nascar style bodies. Must run Bsr spec tires yellow stripe or purple stripes. The breakout time will be set Wednesday night. Another thing is bomber is considered the entry level pan car class. We are doing the break out so the people racing in this class don't need the latest and greatest equipment. If your a driver that gets frustrated by the beginners cars making contact with yours this might not be a class for you.

Racing every Wednesday night? How has the turnout been so far?

Would a RJSpeed Legends car be good to go for the breakout bomber class?

Thanks!
