Thanks, I appreciate the info. I thought I was going to be practicing all night Wednesday but since it's a race night and I've never been there, it's good to know a little before hand.
Excited to race at this venue!

Tires?
I was wondering what folks recommend for tires for the indoor off-road track? I am in Maine, and run on a turf track here, but I will be in Chicago for a couple weeks in February and was planning on bringing my buggy and getting down to check out the track. So, kinda curious as to what tires to run.
Thanks
Thanks

Hello fellow Chicago racers, first Post here. I have been out of the hobby for 15 years and looking to get back by racing at Leisure Hours. I grew up in the 90s and my first car was the original RC10. I had multiple 2wd buggy and stadium trucks, so based on this thread and my RC experience; I am going to start with Stock 2wd Buggy class. As I scope and price out what to order for running on weekends, can you help with the following questions? I'll head to the track one weekend to ask the locals, but in the meantime:
Are people running the rc10b6d or high traction B6 version?
Are there any other rules besides a 17.5 stock brushless? Any recommendations? How about ESC and battery?
Gold (indoor soft) Dirt Webs are the tire of choice? How many sets should I have?
Thanks,
Ghost

2. For 17.5, you must have an ESC that does blinky mode. I personally like the Hobbywing v3.1. For motor, the 24K has been a good one.
3. Gold Dirt Webs for sure. 1 set will last a long time.
