Race schedule question?

Race schedule question?
Being that im kinda old school, what is it with everyone racing on Saturday? When I got into racing it was primarily Friday night and Sunday morning. There were a few tracks that ran a Wednesday night race also. Due to my work schedule and start times it will take a miracle for me to race. Just curious how many others would like to see someone racing on Sunday?

I'm not from your area but as far as weekday racing goes, I'm on the other end. I work second shift so I can only race on saturday or sunday..

Raceworld in Indiana has their electric race days on sunday. It's only about an hour away from you. It's an awesome track, and it's indoors. Come summer, there's also some really nice outdoor tracks in the area.
With all the new classes, there are a lot of heats, which make for long days compared to what was run back in the day at Radio Active.

I aggree with not racing on Sunday. Why? Because that is the day we are to keep set aside for church where you go to worship God, our maker. He requested we set just one day, Sunday, aside to rest and go to church to honor and glorify Him. It isnt that hard. One day out of six. We can do our racing on any of the other six days. God should be our top priority.
For those that beleive but want to argue the reason for racing on Sunday, read Gen 20:8-11 and especially Isaiah 58:13-14.
I didnt state this to start an arguement, but I felt we need to know the real reason why sometimes.

Appleton off road picked Friday and Sunday out of respect for the neighbor tracks that run on Saturday's. We are almost 1 month into the new operations and it is going well.
I understand Chuck's rational also (he and I do go quite a way back) and I respect his opinion, so please be kind if you disagree, he is a very good person.
But for me, running racing is rest from the real job work day and it is spent with family and friends.
Just my 2 cents worth, but we do run on Sunday's
