Just a heads up
I have been meaning to post this for a while and just keep forgetting. For those who don't know the Elburn area very well, the bridge on Keslinger Road is being reconstructed and you will need to find a different way to the track. For those coming to the track from the North-East, the best alternative is to go south of town on Route 47 until you come to Rowe Road. Take it west until you reach Schneider Road and turn right (north) and proceed to the track. Here is a Google Maps link.

Nice job running the race day Sunday Matt. Everything was smooth and had a great time even though I was late as hell. Just wanted to say thanks for running a good program.

june 19 race
so I just had a couple of questions about your race on the 19. What classes are you planning on running? What time will the races start? What are the entry fees? How many rounds will you be running? thanks

Track opens at 8 and racing starts at 10. Typically get 1/8 buggy, truggy and an open short course turn out, but will gladly run any class we get a turnout for. 3 rounds of qualifiers (5 mins) and the mains. 15min-A, 10min-B, 7min all others. Short Course is 8 minute mains.
Entry is $15 first class and $5 for each additional class for non-members and $10 and $5 for members.

If you come out you WILL get to run. You can run MT with truggy and 2wd with the open SC class. We are all about having fun and not putting to much pressure on anyone. Thats what atrracted me to the club in the first place. We can run 2 classes together and split them up on the computer. Give it a try. I think you will find the low pressure enviroment very enjoyable.

Our next race is this Sunday August 8, weather permitting. We've been working on a new layout and adding the finishing touches this week. So come on out and have some fun.
