Well....being that in 1998 they were charging $270 per sq ft for the premium areas to rent in the Sears tower I would say that it is highly unlikely. Today, some law firms are paying $32 per sq and there is a ton of flakk about how the Willis Group stole it for only 14.50 per sq.
