My Open car needs a plate to hold the servo, then turnbuckles and its done. to make the servo plate, I've cut up an old chassis Charlie gave me, but it was still too small. I need a chunk of CF about 2 1/8 by 1 3/8. I've got a blemished sheet on order. The whole car should be done next week. It should be fun testing the Spitfire and finding its potential.

I'm tired of waiting...I want to race TODAY!!!! Bubba won the ATL stupidcross today, Rad Chad was first loser. Somebody got third but I forgot. It wasn't me so I didn't get any prize money. The French guy won the too-fiddy class. C'mon gang, we need faster Americans!

Yes, we will need a report on the Spitfire and the Corally's how they do with the right motors and batteries. And see if you can find me a shortcut on the laptime thing. Like a movable wall maybe.

we missed you today. glad to see you had fun cheering for someone other than the f-1 racers.... you missed a couple very impressive crashes. i think andy hit the wall on the straightaway and came to a complete stop about a foot up. he gave me a run in the mains until lap 5-7 then i just took off. john and jason where the blockers for andy. when ever i got close to then they tried to block me so he could catch up. i put the mabbuci power to the ground and motored around them. hope to see you next week jeremy

John, check the F1 onroad topic. I put something in there about F201's racing in the open class.

Cool on the F201s!
Spitfire update. Needs turnbuckles, front ride height, caster, camber, toe and paint. I'm going to servo tape one of the Losi battery trays in the chassis for the battery. If I run the 3200 it'll need the 6 cell tray for the mock humps on the bottom and for the 5000 it'll need the flat tray. I've got some to borrow until I can get a set ordered.

From what I hear, those Duratrax Delpi cars were pretty decent. I think a properly setup F103 can be really quick and I'm going to do my best to prove that point. I need to get in some much needed practice. I don't think the sleeper will be ready to race Sunday, but my F103s are. I really don't feel good and painting is out of the question when I'm this congested. I want to take my time on the paint for this one anyway. I don't want to put this much time in and have it come to the track looking like crud.

......Dont believe it !
If everyone would quit moving the pipes in my way while I'm trying to drive, I might get close enough to see your blocking skills ! Those darn things just seem to get in my way everytime I get close..
