I looked at the old Wisconsin Flooring building at Verona RD. and cty PD. Building is vacant and could work well. Matt thinks it is owned by Al Toon and we are trying to gat a phone number to see if it would be avaliable.

In the mean time keep looking boys!

You must work with the realtor first. They need to know what your looking for and how much you can spend? He is calling me this week to look at the buildings. There location is across from Home Depo off of HWY 14. I will let you know when he calls.

That would also be a cool location. I was over there the other day and there is a bunch of empty retail space. For some reason when the Home Depot moved in, a bunch of other stores moved out...

What about the vacant grocery store off of Monona Dr? I think the realitor is Polacheck. It has been vacant for awhile hasn't it?

I see empty buildings here and there, but I thought the club had a bunch of solid leads.

What happened with the building across from the Home Depot on 14?
What happened to the ones in Verona?
How about the old building, any news on that?

Those are the only ones I've heard of us looking at so far...

Hopefuly George and Myles can clue us in on anything they've heard as well, I know they were exploring leads as well as Matt.

Let us know which buildings that were already looked at so we won't look and mention them anymore. Any information from what was already said by Shane?
