Oh my god was that one of the most fun days of racing in a while
the track was awesome the whole time the CRC crew did a great job running the races and keeping the track run able. I cant weight until the sept. 6th race. i know that I will probably be running my sprint and possible my electric truck. Matt. Chad, Nick, and buck looked like they were having way to much fun out there.

All I can say is awesome...!!!!
The guys up at CRC have something great going on, and I am glad that I took part in it today.
Weather was perfect....
Track was perfect....
Racing was excellent....
Racing under the temporary lights was even more awesome....
And I now have to make sure that I can make the Sept 6th race to run some more open electric truck...

September 6th Race
CRC Hobbies would like to thank all the racers who participated in the race Saturday, August 23rd, we all had alot of fun.
Alright guys, here are the details for the September 6th race. The one and only Scottie Ernst will be announcing our race. The track will open at 2pm, we will have practice from 2pm till 4pm. Heat rounds will start at 4pm. We will try to run three heats and then the Mains. Available for purchase will be brats, burgers and soda. The FM transmitter system should be up and running, so bring a radio to listen. We have purchased more lights to light the few dark spots we had on our first run at night. Let all your fellow racers know about the race. If you do not know how to get to CRC Hobbies, check out the website and go to the location tab. We have mapquest linked to the track, just type in your address. Make sure you check the website for any changes on race day. For the new racers, the website is www.crchobbies.com.

I am most certainly getting my stuff ready for the 6th, I have been there racing during the day and now that we ran at night it was awesome the track was perfect stayed very consistant. I don't care who you are if you have elec. or gas trucks laying around get them ready you will have a blast!! And with Scotty calling the excitement the whole day WOW!!!!

Glad to hear you guys will be there. What about Showtime and the other guys at Trackside??? This should be a big turn out and a lot of fun with Scottie announcing the race!!!

We will be running nitro/electric stadium truck, nitro/electric sprint, 1/8 scale buggy, 1/18th scale with enough people, and monster truck with enough people.
