Default feul who has and what do they have. Who has been price gauging on old stock

we all know that the prices on feul are going up due to the shortage of nitro methane. I started this thread so guys that are running low on feul can find out who has it and what they have in stock. Like we see at the gas pump it doesn't matter what they pay for the feul there prices go up and down depending on the barrell prices. If you have seen any price gauging let us know{like i said we know the price is going up}but this isn't at the pump.I think that once it goes up it will not go back down.

We just ordered Byrons at Bristol R/C...and Scott has some Odonnell on the shelf right now.

Not sure what the shelf price will be...but in about a week he will have a case of Gen2 25%, and Gen2 20% on the shelf.

From what I understand...lots of guys are looking for last minute super deals on leftover 30%...lots of places won't be able to get it.

Myself...I think I picked a fine time to get out of Nitro racing?! Sorry...don't mean to rub it in.

Anyway...when I find out the shelf pricing I'll let you guys know ( if the thread hasn't died by then ).

I have seen a news letter from byrons stating that there will not be anymore 30% being made. hopefully he will get what they have in stock, but i'm sure all hobby shops across the country will be trying to get it.

I read that the shortage has to do with the Olympics in China as they have stopped production temporarily. Afterwards, the production will pick and so will the price a bit. I'm surely not going to let a price increase of a few bucks cause me to stop racing. This hobby has always been expensive, nothing new. my 2 cents.

It will be intresting to see how this will all play out after another month or so.

Will realy old fuel stock be like gold if we do end up with a big shortage.

I'm figuring that the prices will top out at 40 a gallon what does everyone else think. To be honest with you i don't think in say the last 10 years there has been much of a price increase on fuel.

I read on a minn thread that the price of byrons fuel went up almost $7 a gallon.

The lhs that I go to only stocks losi and traxxas. I bought a gallon of losi about a month ago for $27.85. Last sat I bought another gallon from the same place for $30.95. $3 difference so far

Byrons prices TBA
wow to get a gallon would be 4x18=72 dollars a gallon
72 dollars a gallon

understanding that quarts are always a bit more expensive I would take the time to call around and price compare and find me a gallon

As we know it this could be a sellers market on fuel if anyone else has prices let us know let us help fellow racers save some cash

We were at Duneland Hobbies in Portage IN two days ago and they had Byron's on their shelves. Don't remember the prices exactly but to my recollection it didn't seem crazy priced.

I got the rest of the prices from the owner at Bristol R/C.

Quarts of O'Donnell 30%...$18 ( In stock now )

Byrons Gen2 25%, $31.50 per Gallon ( Due in July 7 )
Byrons Gen2 20%, $29.50 per Gallon ( Due in July 7 )

We recently advertised a pre-pay sale and those guys got it for $2.50 cheaper a gallon.
